Eye of the Tiger

This visually inspiring design is based on the soundtrack to Rocky!

I wanted to create a design with an energetic field that would assist anyone wearing it to keep going, keep pushing to attain their physical goals even when they lack motivation, or it when it was so hard they felt like giving up.

The process of discovering this design involved journeying to the underworld under the guidance of a shaman to meet a spirit animal.

As I waited I had no idea which animal would arrive. When a tiger showed up, it was a huge surprise to me! The tiger took me to a valley where we ran up some impossibly steep steps of a temple. After which we visited my home and sat on the patio together, looking at the sea, a place where I would often exercise. After some time of sitting in silence I asked the Tiger why it was here with me. Then the theme tune from Rocky suddenly began playing in my mind! I burst out laughing, it was so obvious!

I took these visions to Hari who began sketching and the final result was this beautiful design of a pathway gated by flames that ignite the desire to achieve. This leads to a fork in the road and a choice, either way will take you to your goal, through many twisting turns. There you will reach the archways which mark the arrival at the base of your quest and see the beacon of light at the top of your temple.

No challenge is easy and the climb is steep and long but the reward is worth the effort, The (third) eye of the tiger is there to guide you and keep your focus on your goal of reaching the top. The birds symbolise the altitude you have climbed to get here, while they watch over and celebrate your efforts.

Whatever it is, your goal is attainable, keep going, keep striving, never give up. This design is here to help you reach the top!

Sleeveless tank, raw armhole edges, stone wash finish with a worn look, ribbed crew neck, shoulder to shoulder tape, double needle bottom hem, preshrunk to minimise shrinkage.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold with like colours.

• Do not tumble dry.

• Do not dry clean.

• Do not iron if printed.

• Line dry in shade.

Tees are garment dyed before undergoing a snow wash process with sponge balls, which helps to gently remove some of the colour from the tees, achieving a distinctive appearance.
