Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your Art of Balance order.

Wrong Size?

Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you order the wrong size, please contact us before returning the garment.

Where possible, we will exchange it for a larger or smaller size, subject to availability.

The original garment must be returned at your expense and should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition, with original tags attached where applicable. Once we receive and inspect the garment, we will send the replacement size.

If the size you need is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Changed Your Mind?

For most online purchases, UK consumer law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You will then normally have a further 14 days to return them.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned in an appropriate condition. You may handle and inspect them as you reasonably would in a shop, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your garment arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

We may ask for photographs or other details to help us assess the problem.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Before Returning Anything

Please contact us before sending an item back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
